Weirdo Collect a Deck
Apparantly, not everyone like to collect normal decks. Some weirdo thought it would be more interesting to collect 20,
completely random cards. The reward for donating a card is 2 random cards of the same value as the one you sent in. If the
enitre deck is completed before the next time this game is due to update then every member of the tcg gets a single choice
card of ANY value. There is a catch, you can't donate two cards in a row. You must wait for someone else to donate one before
you can go again.
